ABSTRACT
The integration of ICT in an educational system leads to many changes which lead to attitude changes and changing of pedagogical contents. So, there are new competences which are awaited from the educational system actors. In Cameroon’s educational system, these actors seem to have been surprised by that integration. That is why they have so many difficulties to adopt the ICT system. In order to facilitate the appropriation these actors should be trained. Teachers, which are the principal vectors of this change, need to be trained for an efficient use of ICT in teaching. Therefore, a training strategy must be elaborated. That work offers two recommended phases for a real appropriation. One phase shows the steps and the other the process, which allows to facilitate the teacher’s formation. Before starting the teacher’s training, it is recommended to identify their difficulties by a categorization and follow the strategy’s steps and conclude with the training modules offered.
